Company published SEC Form D showing $5.10 Million raised so far along side establishment rename and new product offering

LOVELAND, Colo., May 17, 2017 – Lightning Hybrids, DBA Lightning Systems, published its SEC Form D today announcing $7 Million investment round with $5.1 Million raised so far. Funds from this round will be used for the new lineup of fleet efficiency products for medium and heavy duty vehicles, increased activities in the UK and Europe, and for a move to new corporate headquarters facility.
